Typically our projects involve a purchase of around £1m, an investment (development of the site) of £1m and then a sale usually around 18-24 months later, in the region of £3-£4m depending on market conditions.
With returns like this, clearly these projects are not without risk. However, we have the infrastructure and teams in-house to effectively identify potential risks, allowing us to move forward on these projects armed with the expertise to move swiftly and without the need to await external consultations.
Local Authorities around the UK are currently pre-disposed to responsible redevelopment as they seek to address the well documented housing shortage, whether that be through the planning regime for market rate housing, or the provision of homes for those with additional needs. Whatever the situation, our expert knowledge and ability to be versatile in the industry and market variations generally, allow us to be creative with the end product, and ultimately successful in projects taken on.
