An empty Georgian, locally listed, detached house in the heart of a periodic village in North East Essex. At a sale price of £350k, the property was approved for demolition. Rather than demolish a local heritage site, we brought the property back to life and obtained planning permission for a 1.5 storey house in the over-sized, street facing garden.
